BMW Group Segment Financial Services has signed a strategic partnership with Vietnam International Bank (VIB). This collaboration will enable BMW Group customers who wish to purchase any BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad vehicles to enjoy the wide range of financing facilities offered by VIB under the brands of BMW Group Segment Financial Services.
The services include preferential interest rates, competitive fees, diverse life insurance products, and especially fast approval of auto loan within 24 hours from complete submission of application documents. In addition, VIB dedicates a specialised team to serve BMW and MINI customers in line with the brands' international standards, including a separate customer service hotline, senior support specialists and a separate evaluation process among other enhancements.
