BMW to support the 2022 Cannes Film Festival

BMW has announced that it is partnering with the Cannes film festival for 2022.
From 17 May to 28 May 2022, a total of 163 BMW electrified vehicles will be ferrying VIPs, filmmakers, and various festival attendees, all to the red carpet.
The BMW Group will be in charge of transfers between the airport, various event locations and hotels, and has already lined up models including the BMW iX, BMW i4 and BMW iX3 for the prestigious festival.
BMW further states that the new i7 will also be present at the festival, marking the first time the car has been experienced on the road since its world premiere. Three of these all-electric sedans will be on the road in the city, while one will be on display in the entrance hall of a hotel on the legendary Boulevard de la Croisette.
