Yet another fresh beginning has arrived for BYD Singapore on 28 March 2024, as it announced the grand opening of a new BYD showroom in collaboration with Harmony Auto.
Strategically located at 77 Robinson Road, the showroom marks a significant milestone for the brand as it expands its presence islandwide. This stands as the first new-energy vehicle showroom in the heart of Singapore's commercial and financial district.

The showroom - which takes on an integrated lifestyle concept store model - is operated by Harmony Auto, Vantage Automotive's newly appointed dealer for BYD passenger cars in Singapore.
BYD says its newest showroom is set to become a "symbol of green travel" on local grounds. Boasting a real estate spanning 360 square metres, the BYD Robinson 77 showroom is aesthetically sleek and futuristic. Over 80% of its exterior is covered in glass curtain walls, with featured lush greenery and cutting-edge displays on the inside.
"The opening of the BYD Robinson 77 Showroom symbolises a new era of sustainable mobility in Singapore. This showroom not only showcases our cutting-edge technology but also reaffirms our commitment to providing eco-friendly transportation solutions to customers," said Mr. James Ng, Managing Director of BYD Singapore and Philippines.
Within a fast-paced CBD, the BYD 77 Robinson Showroom provides busy professionals with a space for respite and environmentally-friendly mobility solutions
One highlight not to be missed is the technology corridor, which showcases the internal technical structure of BYD vehicles. It also spotlights BYD's core innovation: The blade battery. But that is not all. Just around the corner behind the showroom lie two VIP charging lots, where cars available for test drives will sit waiting.
The opening of this showroom will bring environmentally friendly transport solutions closer to professionals across industries such as banking, insurance, securities, and IT who work within a district that sees perennial high volumes of traffic.
It joins the brand's lineup of showrooms previously set up in partnership with Motor-East Pte Ltd at the Motorway Building and EightX Capital at Suntec City.
The official automotive distributor of BYD passenger vehicles locally, Vantage Automotive has appointed three such dealers since 2021. These include Motor-East Pte Ltd and EightX Capital, both of whom commenced their partnerships with BYD Singapore in 2023.
Mr. Melvin Lee, General Manager of Harmony New Energy Auto Service Singapore - a division of Harmony Auto, adds: "We are thrilled to provide a new avenue for Singaporeans to experience BYD's range of high-performance electric vehicles with a seamless and immersive retail experience."
