The Chevrolet Cruze is the cornerstone of Chevrolet's North American compact car lineup, while the nameplate is the global best-seller for Chevrolet - with more than 2.5 million cars sold globally since its launch in mid-2010. The 2015 Chevrolet Cruze was introduced in New York highlighting a new exterior styling, enhanced interior convenience and greater connectivity.

Chevrolet claims the Cruze Diesel is around 10 percent more efficient than the Volkswagen Jetta TDI while delivering more power and torque against the German - 151bhp/357Nm vs 140bhp/319Nm - with a range of 1,153km for the Cruze.
Chevrolet also believes the Cruze offers more standard safety features than any other car in its class, comprising 10 standard air bags and side blind zone alert, rear cross traffic alert, rear park assist in addition to a rear view camera.
The enhanced connectivity and convenience features include a new Text Message Alerts feature for smartphone users - where incoming texts are read through the vehicle's speakers - along with Siri Eyes Free for iPhone with iOS 6 and above to enhance connectivity and convenience.
Additional standard equipment include a 7.0-inch colour touch screen and 4G LTE with integrated Wi-Fi hotspot. The 4G LTE connectivity provides occupants easy access to apps and services that require fast data connection.
The connection allows passengers to access the internet via personal multimedia and telephony devices wirelessly. Each vehicle can simultaneously accommodate seven devices.
