The second round of bidding for May saw Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums slipping a little across most private car categories.
Premiums for Cat A took a small dip but continued to stay above the $100,000 mark this session after having crossed this point last session. Premiums for Cat B, meanwhile, saw a more significant dip. This slight dip in premiums this session could simply be due to an easing of car buying interest following the conclusion of the 2025 The Cars Expo - you'll notice that the total number of bids submitted this session for categories A and B is noticeably lower when compared against the first COE bidding session of May.
