Designer envisions Alfa Romeo 6C to rival Mustang and Stingray

Following the announcement of Alfa Romeo 4C, it proves to be a big month for the automaker. Adding on to the big month, IED Torino student, Alex Imnadze, has revived the Alfa Romeo 6C through a series of imaginative render.

The envisioned 6C comes with a rear-wheel drive, front-engine layout as a rival for the Corvette Stingray, Chevrolet Camaro or the Ford Mustang. Alexander says the design is inspired from classical shapes of Italian cars such as the original 1948 Alfa Romeo 6C, as well as from the 8C and Pininfarina's 2uettottanta concept - forming a blend of history and the contemporary.

Although this is just an imaginative render, the voices of "why not?" are returning to the Alfa Romeo camp.
