Enter the Dragon: Vilner customises dragon-themed Nissan GT-R for client
16 Oct 2012|3,691 views
Bulgarian tuners Vilner have received their latest order from a Nissan GT-R owner, apparently of Asian descent, whom wanted something more special than the standard GT-R. Considerng the client's Asian roots, Vilner decided to incorporate elements of a Dragon into the bespoke car and not to mention this is the year of the Dragon. One thing though, the year of the Dragon does not have many months left. Trivias aside, the mythical dragon in Chinese culture is embroided on the roof headliner and in the trunk, while there's a combination of black Alcantara and carbon leather in the cabin. Carbon is also used for the steering wheel and the gear shifter, with some of the details wearing a red chrome finish.
To top off the 'non-standard' request put up by the client, Vilner wrapped the supercar (which was originally red) with a white matte foil, along with changing the stock exhaust pipes with custom ones made from titanium.
Mythical or not, driving this dragon-themed Nissan GT-R will make the Chinese client very happy.
