ERP rates at 6 locations to be reduced for December holidays

As the year-end school holidays swing into view, the LTA has announced that ERP rates will be temporarily reduced at six locations, ostensibly to account for the expected reduction in congestion levels at these areas.
The reductions will take effect from 24 November to 31 December 2025, before the rates revert to their original levels on 2 January 2026. The six locations are as follows:

It's not all good news for motorists hoping for longer-term relief on their ERP expenditure, though.
The LTA states that its monitoring of traffic conditions in October 2025 has led it to observe traffic building up at various stretches of expressways, following which it has now decided to raise ERP rates by $1.00 at four locations during nine specified times.
The identified locations are as follows, with the revised rates to take effect from 2 January 2026:
