Five PPSS services for residents in Pasir Ris, Tampines and Choa Chu Kang

Following the launch of four Peak Period Short Services (PPSS), a further five such services will serve residents in Pasir Ris, Tampines and Choa Chu Kang, reported The Straits Times.
Services 358P and 359P will serve Pasir Ris from the 10th of June while services 291P and 293P will start from the 24th of June. Service 307P will commence from Choa Chu Kang at the end of June.
The five new PPSS services will complement existing feeder services 291, 293, 307, 358 and 359 to connect commuters to bus interchanges and MRT stations.
The five new services will operate at least five trips hourly during the morning and evening peak periods, excluding public holidays, while more trips might be added if there is demand. Fares are similar to those charged by SBS Transit and SMRT.
