GAC Aion shows strong growth in Singapore

Having been over a year since its inception in Singapore, GAC Aion has showed strong growth as an EV brand in the city state, jumping from fourth place in June 2024 to second place in June 2025 among Chinese EV brands in terms of new cars registered on our roads.

In May 2025 alone, the brand delivered 103 vehicles, representing more than a fourfold year-on-year growth. Since first launching the Aion Y Plus in April last year, it has since also introduced the Aion ES sedan, the gullwinged Hyptec HT SUV, as well as the Aion V to our shores. 

In line with this performance, GAC Aion has expanded its flagship showroom located at Leng Kee, creating a more refined and comfortable environment for customers. This expansion also reflects the brand's growing product portfolio, with new models adding greater diversity to the lineup.

To further enhance accessibility, a new showroom in Punggol will soon open, making it even more convenient for drivers across Singapore to experience the brand firsthand.
