Hyundai to showcase six-seater Santa Fe at The Car Expo

Need a bit more to pursuade the lady of the house to come along to The Car Expo? You might be able to convince her with this.

Hyundai Singapore has announced that it will unveil a six-seater variant of the Santa Fe Hybrid (read our review of the seven-seater variant of the SUV here), at the exhibition. And this six-seater will only be available to view at The Car Expo and will be sold only on an indent basis.

You get two captain's chairs in the second row of this six-seater Santa Fe, alongside a host of handy features including a sterilisation tray in the glovebox and dual wireless smartphone chargers on the centre console

The six-seater Hyundai Santa Fe continues to feature the firm's 1.6-litre turbocharged hybrid engine, but gets a 2-2-2 configuration in its cabin, with captain's seats in the second row. This variant will also come exclusively in the 'Calligraphy' trim. 

The highest and most luxurious offering in the Hyundai Santa Fe range, this trim will deck your SUV with added features including that sterilisation tray, dual wireless smartphone chargers, and the hidden handle in the C-pillar so you can easily climb up to reach any items stored atop its roof.

The Hyundai Santa Fe six-seater will retail at $281,999, just a smidgen more than the $279,999 seven-seater Santa Fe in the 'Calligraphy' trim.
