Inchcape Singapore has sponsored the Certificate of Entitlement of a Toyota Hiace to the Geylang East Home of the Aged - an organisation dedicated to providing care and support to the elderly in Singapore.
The new vehicle will aid the organisation in providing transportation services for seniors attending its day care centre. It has further been customised with a hydraulic lift and the necessary restraints so as to be able to transport passengers in wheelchairs.
Geylang East Home of the Aged is a non-profit organisation founded in December 1978 to provide quality care for the elderly. It offers integrated day care facilities including dementia-specific care, maintenance care, and rehabilitation care to in the community.
