Toyota Singapore takes local bZ4X owners out for breakfast!
23 May 2026|0 views
Quieter drives, instantaneous torque, and a reduced carbon footprint - the benefits of electrification are well known. But did you know that going electric can also net you the occasional free breakfast?
Or at least that was what a few local owners of the new Toyota bZ4X got to enjoy on the morning of 23 March 2026 as part of a convoy drive.
More than 10 examples of the Toyota bZ4X set off together from the Toyota showroom all eager to visit the latest Connected in Mobility showcase
Orgainsed by local Toyota authorised dealer Borneo Motors Singapore as part of the local Connected in Mobility showcase currently ongoing at Marina Bay Sands, this convoy drive saw a host of owners of the Toyota bZ4X gathering to arrive at the event in style. And Sgcarmart was also invited to follow along!
There was no better place to meet and gather than the Toyota showroom. Quick safety briefing and group photo dispatched, the owners - in a fleet of more than 10 examples of the bZ4X - were soon making their way towards The Coastal Settlement for breakfast.
The quiet and smooth nature of the bZ4X proved perfect for the early drive to the eastern end of our island
The drive towards the far eastern end of our island, of course, proved no difficult task for the cars (which offer a WLTP range of 478km by the way) and soon we found ourselves all seated and munching away within the greenery that surrounds The Coastal Settlement.
With breakfast settled, the convoy then made a quick hop over to Marina Bay Sands, where the ongoing Connected in Mobility showcase awaited us. And the gathered bZ4X owners were then treated to a guided tour of the various displays and activity stations!
Curious about just what electrification could mean for you (other than a lovely breakfast)? Or perhaps you're simply interested in just what else Toyota has to offer when it comes to electrification and mobility here in Singapore?
Don't fret, you don’t have to purchase your own bZ4X first. The Connected in Mobility showcase is open to all members of the public, but you'll have to be quick: This event is only happening until 24 May 2026.
Those who came along for this convoy drive also got a guided tour of the ongoing Connected in Mobility showcase
All who head down will not only be able to catch Borneo Motors Singapore's latest industry collaborations and initiatives, all designed to introduce a host of mobility options to locals here but will also be able to catch the host of upcoming electrified models that will soon be launched here on our sunny island.
And be warned: Spend too much time looking at these cars and you too could soon be on your way to driving around the island looking out for your very own breakfast spots!
