Jaguar to introduce the XKR at Geneva

The first package available for the XKR is the Speed Pack, which sees the electronically-limited top speed raised from 250km/h to 280km/h. Jaguar has also added a "revised front aerodynamic splitter and larger rear spoiler" to improve stability at high speed, and make the car less responsive to steering movements.

The XKR Speed Pack also includes 20-inch Kasuga alloys with red brake callipers, chromed linings for the windows, grille, exterior vents, and boot, and body-coloured rear diffuser and side sills. The Speed Pack comes in colours such as Kyanite Blue, Liquid Silver, Lunar Grey, Polaris White, Salsa Red, Spectrum Blue, and Ultimate Black.

The XKR Black Pack meanwhile gets glossy black 20-inch alloys from Kalimnos and body-coloured front and rear spoilers. The Black Pack only has a choice of three colours though, Polaris White, Salsa Red, and Ultimate Black, although XKR side graphics can be specified. Inside, the Black Pack features charcoal-coloured leather in several grains with a choice of contrast stitching, as well as a choice of Dark Mesh Aluminium, Dark Oak, and Piano Black trim.
