Kia will present a Juke rival at Geneva in March

While Mercedes, with its CLS, introduced a whole new segment called four door coupes, the Nissan Juke did not introduce anything new to the motoring world other than funky styling which was inspired by rally cars to an otherwise monotonous and rigid industry.

Kia, on the other hand, has something up its sleeves. Dubbed a 'racy urban concept' for now, the scarlett-clad urban crossover bears the signature 'tiger-nose' in a more discreet and minimalist form, blending within a monolithic headlamp/grille design which the Korean marque describes as 'mischievous yet friendly'.

The front air intakes have flaps that seem inspired by the Ferrari 458 Italia while the rear end is pretty reminiscent of the Porsche Panamera sport wagon concept. Regardless, it is disappointing we have no other details, besides the teaser shots present in the gallery.

Guess we have to wait for the official web reveal prior to the formal presentation in March at Geneva, so watch this space for more information.
