LEVC reveals new L380 all-electric MPV

The London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC), manufacturer of the plug-in range-extender TX London black cab, has revealed the first vehicle of what it states will be a new range of innovative and spacious all-electric models that it plans to launch.
Only one photo of the new vehicle, the L380, has been revealed. LEVC states the L380 is the first MPV built upon parent company Geely's Space Oriented Architecture and marks the start of its transition from a taxi manufacturer to a provider to e-mobility solutions.
LEVC states that this platform is capable of housing batteries with a capacity ranging from 73kWh to 120kWh, allowing vehicles to achieve a range of up to 695km while also facilitating ultra-hast charging to minimise downtime. This battery is additionally centrally-located within the platform, allowing the car to deliver a fully flat floor, maximising space for occupants, cargo, or both.
The L380 is set to launch in China come 2024, and the vehicle will also be available in other markets. Both six and eight-seater configurations will be available. LEVC additionally states it will reveal more technical specifications of the L380 come 2024.
