Lexus officially unveils its e-Boutique and virtual interactive showroom

Lexus has officially unveiled its e-Boutique on 11 July 2020 - a one-stop platform to assist anyone who's set their heart on a new Lexus and would like to do so without visiting the boutique - coinciding with the launch of Lexus's first-ever virtual interactive showroom.

Through this portal, one will be allowed to browse their dream Lexus in the virtual interactive showroom, reserve and purchase it with a refundable deposit of $500!

In the spirit of Omotenashi, the virtual interactive showroom is designed to elevate a customer's purchase journey in the new normal. It is a digital replica of the physical Lexus Boutique at 33 Leng Kee Road, and visitors will be able to navigate around with a 360-degree view of the space and experience each car model's unique features at their fingertips. This empowers a seamless customer purchasing journey - from browsing and experiencing their desired car virtually, to calculating their finance options and dealing through a hassle-free contactless payment.
