Having spent a decade on the market, and with more than a combined 90,000 units sold across 62 countries and regions, the Lexus RC and RC F will officially be discontinued at the conclusion of this model year.
Offering consumers one last taste of their performance and grace, the RC will see minor changes for its 2025 model, while the RC F will only be offered in a mono spec Final Edition. The new models are expected to arrive in dealerships in the first quarter of 2025.
Models in the RC line internationally consist of the RC300, RC300 AWD, RC350, and the RC350 AWD.
The RC300 is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder engine offering 244bhp and 350Nm of torque, which is paired to a RWD system and an eight-speed automatic transmission. The RC300 AWD pairs a six-speed automatic transmission with a 3.5-litre V6 engine, providing 264bhp and 320Nm of torque.
The RC350 (RWD) and RC350 AWD's 3.5-litre V6 engine delivers 315bhp and 380Nm of torque, with the RWD mated to an eight-speed transmission and the AWD equipped with a six-speed automatic transmission. In addition, the RC350 can complete the century sprint in an estimated 5.8 seconds (RWD) and 6.0 seconds (AWD).
Arriving in 2025 as a mono spec special edition and building off the previous year's Carbon Package, the RC F Final Edition receives mechanical and aesthetic enhancements to its design, with its 5.0-litre V8 engine producing 479bhp and contributing to a century sprint timing of 4.2 seconds. Standard features include F-tuned Adaptive Variable Suspension, 19-inch five-spoke lightweight aluminium wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tyres, as well as six-piston front and four-piston rear Brembo brakes.
The RC F Final Edition will be available in four exterior colours: Incognito, Radiant Red, Sonic Iridium, and Ultra White. Standard exterior features include triple-beam LED headlamps, carbon fibre roof, side rocker panels, front spoiler and rear diffuser, red brake calipers, and black automatic electric folding door mirrors.
Both 2025 RC and RC F variants will also come equipped with the advanced Lexus Safety System+ 2.5, with safety features such as Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Tracing Assist, and Road Sign Assist.
