LTA has forgone the ERP rate for one ERP gantry

Good news for commuters using the CTE towards Braddell Road in the morning. From Monday, February 4th 2013, commuters passing the ERP gantry before Braddell Road along the CTE between 8:30am and 9am will not have to pay the current $1.00 ERP rate, LTA has announced. The rates for the other gantries will remain unchanged.
The change for the single ERP gantry comes after LTA's latest quarterly review of traffic conditions on ERP-priced roads and expressways. The next review will take place in May 2013.
