Mercedes-AMG reveals the massively rapid S63 E Performance

Mercedes-AMG has revealed the S63 E Performance, what it says is the most powerful S-Class of all time. The S63 E Performance will utilise the familiar 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8, which produces 603bhp and 900Nm of torque.
However, the presence of electric motors means that the twin-turbo V8 will gain an extra boost in power, in the form of 187bhp and 320Nm of torque, for a system total of 791bhp and a scarcely unbelievable 1,430Nm of torque. The zero to 100km/h sprint is similarly impressive, with it being dispatched in 3.3 seconds.
The P3 hybrid system sees the rear-mounted electric motor coupled to a two-speed gearbox.
