Mercedes-AMG unveils Motorsport Collectors Edition AMG GT

After unveiling this Mercedes-AMG PureSpeed concept ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix, Mercedes-AMG is now set to showcase one special AMG GT ahead of the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix.
Called the AMG GT Motorsport Collectors Edition, the special edition car comes with a host of design details that link it back to the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One team.
The special edition car comes with 21-inch AMG forged wheels complete with coloured rim flanges, while its cabin gets Petronas-coloured stitching throughout
These include the use of a base obsidian black exterior metallic colour, inspired, of course, by the team's Formula One car. Atop this finish is a hand painted star pattern consisting of silver stars on the car's rear flanks, alongside the application of Petronas-coloured decorative stripes. This colour is additionally applied on the car's front splitter, the flics of its side air intakes, as well as on its side sill panels and rear diffuser.
21-inch AMG forged wheels in matte black, alongside AMG ceramic callipers in the Petronas colour finish off the exterior touches for the car, all wrapped with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2R Cup tyres as standard.
In the cabin, meanwhile, the car comes with AMG Performance seats upholstered in black Nappa leather/Microcut microfibre with Petronas stitching and AMG crests in the headrests. This stitching is also employed on the car's steering wheel, door panels, and its centre console.
Also present here is 1,170W a Burmester premium sound system comprising 15 speakers, while a special '1 out of 200' edition badge features on the centre console of the limited edition model.
The Mercedes‑AMG GT63 Pro 4Matic+ Motorsport Collectors Edition comes powered by a 603bhp 4.0-litre V8 engine. Look out for it if you're downtown for this race weekend.
