Mercedes-Benz T-Class scores at Euro NCAP

Mercedes-Benz has announced that its new T-Class has been awarded a five star safety rating at the latest Euro NCAP safety tests.
The van is said to have impressed the accessors in all four categories of the battery of tests: Adult occupant, child occupant, vulnerable road users and safety assist. Mercedes-Benz further states that the T-Class was placed at the forefront of the compact van segment for child safety, thanks to its iSize fastening system for three child seats and a child lock on both sliding doors. The van further comes with seven airbags as standard.
Safety systems that come as standard with the Mercedes-Benz T-Class include Hill Start Assist, Crosswind Assist Active Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Assist and Speed Limit Assist amongst others. The MPV can also be had with Mercedes' Active Parking Assist with reversing camera, Trailer Stabilisation Assist and LED High Performance head lights.
