Headed to London? Look out for this giant racing helmet this weekend right in the heart of the city, courtesy of Nissan's Formula E Team.
The motion video projection at 110 The Queen's Walk Building, the helmet features Nissan's race livery colours, and comes as part of Nissan's wider 'Feel Electric Festival', taking place in Covent Garden.
This festival has seen a unique Cherry Blossom Garden has been set up around a Nissan Formula E lab, wherein people can put driving skills to the test with racing simulators, and grab a photo with digital versions of both Nissan Formula-E racing drivers, Sacha Fenestraz and Norman Nato. People are also given the opportunity to sample limited edition Sakura sushi and complimentary drinks whilst watching the racing live in the Cherry Blossom Garden.
Nissan states the building was chosen thanks to its uncanny resemblance to a racing helmet, and while there have been previous projections on the side of the building, this marks the first time the front of the building has been projected on. It states the choice to do so better incorporates the structure into the stunt, raising its dramatic impact.
