Opel to offer electric variant of entire model lineup by 2024

Opel has announced that the replacement for the Opel Crossland will be offered with an all-electric drivetrain come 2024. The move means that every model of the marque will soon be available with a batter-electric drivetrain.
The battery-electric options from Opel already include the Rocks quadricycle, the Combo-e Life and Zafira-e Life people movers, as well as the electric variants of the Corsa and Mokka. These have been joined be the new Astra Electric and will be supported by the all-electric successor to the Grandland SUV (read our review of the current Opel Grandland here).
The firm also only revealed its new GSe plug-in hybrid performance range in late 2022, which currently comprises of the Astra GSe, the Astra Sports Tourer GSe and the Grandland GSe.
Opel will also begin offering its vehicles with 48V mild hybrid technology, beginning with the recently revealed new Opel Corsa, which will be available with either 99bhp or 134bhp.
