Opel unveils the Corsa Colour Race

Opel says that the Corsa Colour Race is inspired by Opel's Rallye Kaddet Sprint that was in production from 1967 to 1973. However, the Corsa Colour Race only gets cosmetic enhancements, with no modifications to the performance.

The Corsa Colour Race edition is available in three-door form only, and features a choice of three colour schemes, Sunny Melon Yellow, Casablanca White and Magma Red, as well as a black bonnet with chequered flag decals, black wheels and 17-inch alloys.

Inside, the Corsa Colour Race features matching colour highlights such as special seat stitching and vent bezels, a Panorama sunroof and a leather-clad steering wheel. Engines available are the same as the standard Corsa, including the 1.4-litre petrol unit producing either 87bhp or 100bhp, and the 1.7-litre CDTI turbo diesel that produces 130bhp .
