Opel Zafira-e Life to get new camper variant called the Crosscamp Flex

Good news for campers who care about their green credentials! Opel has revealed a new Zafira-e life Crosscamp. The vehicle will combine the practicality and flexibility of the Zafira-e life, with all the amenities of a modern camper, and an emissions-free drivetrain.
The 75kWh lithium-ion battery which is located under the floor to save space will allow for longer journeys. It also boasts a driving range of up to 322km in the WLTP cycle. Opel states that 100kW of direct current charging will take around 48 minutes for the battery to reach 80% charge.
To preserve the energy in the traction battery for driving an onboard 95Ah auxiliary battery provides electricity for lighting, a cool box and a USB socket for charging smartphones or cameras.
The Crosscamp also comes with everything needed for a relaxing trip is present.
