Pole-to-Pole Nissan Ariya completes stage two of its journey

The Nissan Ariya taking on a pole-to-pole expedition across the Americas has ended stage two of its 27,300km journey.

The stage saw the electric vehicle Adventurers Chris and Julie Ramsey covering 2,000km from Vancouver, Canada, to arrive at Texas, U.S.A, after having taken on the cold and isolation of the Arctic.

The all-electric car is said to now be fitted with a Thule roof top tent complete with a thick, comfy mattress, ensuring that the couple will be able to get good nights of rest as they continue along the rest of their journey.

Along their journey across the U.S.A, the couple met the Nissan Formula E team at the Portland International Raceway, took on the urban roads of Los Angeles, and had to drive through the scorching heat of Texas. The team in preparing for the next leg of the journey that will see them travelling through Mexico.
