Singapore Karting Championship to be held at Kartright Speedway for 2014 season

The Singapore Karting Championship has returned for its fifth season. This year, the national championship will head back to Kartright Speedway, where the competition was first held in 2010.
Starting from 17th May, contenders will participate in five rounds of races. And like the previous years, participants will be grouped into five categories, namely Cadet, Junior, Senior, Master and Master Plus. This year also saw a record number of participants registering in the Cadet category, with close to 20 drivers under the age of 12 taking part in the race.
The race will adopt a one-day competition format, and will be held on 14th June, 5th July, 25th October and 22nd to 23rd November.
The fifth day of the championship will also be held in conjunction with the Asian Karting Open Championship 2014.
