Stamford Tyres unveil rebranded store and charity initiative

Local brand Stamford Tyres has announced the rebranding of its Jurong Retail Centre into the newly transformed Jurong Flagship Store, as well as a new charity boutique on the second floor, which is located at 19 Lok Yang Way, Singapore 628635.

The revamping of its flagship store is part of Stamford Tyres' commitment to enhancing both its retail space and service capabilities, with its newly renovated showroom offering an elevated customer experience with modern facilities, such as a workshop with 10 bays (including one alignment bay) and a dedicated washing bay. The tyre side is equipped with eight bays, plus an additional alignment bay, ensuring that the needs of its customers are met. There are also 31 parking lots available to ensure ample space for visitors.

This revamped flagship store is designed with the customer in mind, creating a modern, efficient space enhancing service delivery while offering a more engaging experience for visitors

Additionally, Stamford Tyres has also opened a Discovery Shop on the second level, which is a charity boutique dedicated to supporting the Advancing Resources for Kidney Diseases (ARK) Fund. The outlet is a curated treasure trove of professionally appraised artwork, antiques, and artefacts, as well as affordable rare collectives.

Furniture, kitchenware, and rugs are also part of the boutique's expansive collection, donated by Stamford Tyres' founder, the late Mr. Wee Kok Wah (who passed in October 2024 and, alongside his son, was a kidney patient), his wife Dawn, and several of their friends and associates.

This thrift shop is also one of Stamford Tyres' several Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, whose past beneficiaries have include St Luke's Eldercare and the Singapore Red Cross

This effort serves as an extension of Stamford Tyres' broader commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and will benefit the Singapore General Hospital's (SGH) ARK Fund, which channels 100% of donations towards improving kidney care and treatment.

The grand opening of the Jurong Flagship Store and the Discovery Shop will take place on 21 January 2025 from 09:30am to 11:30am, where more details will be shared about new offerings and the charitable initiative. The store will be open from Monday to Saturday, at 08:30am to 06:30pm, while the charity boutique will be open from Monday to Saturday, at 09:00am to 05:30pm (excluding public holidays).
