20 May 2010|8,855 views
Motor Image Enterprises (MIE), the sole distributor for Subaru cars in Singapore, has issued letters to alert its Subaru Legacy and Outback MY2010 owners to a CVT oil cooler hose problem. The advice is in response to the manufacturers, Fuji Heavy Industries' (FHI) recent worldwide recall of the models.
Currently, MIE has identified 83 Subaru Legacy 2.0i and Outback 2.5 cars which may be affected by the requirement to replace the oil cooler hose. Whilst MIE awaits further instructions and information from FHI on the specific models to recall, it has assured its owners that there is no cause for alarm. The oil cooler hose problem does not pose any immediate danger to drivers.
