The second-generation Kia Seltos is on its way

Ahead of its online world premiere on 10 December 2025, Kia has released the first teaser images of the second-generation Kia Seltos - which already looks like it will follow in the futuristic footsteps of siblings including the EV5 and EV9.

Kia states that the all-new Seltos will embody "authentic SUV styling" and be both "forward-looking" and "high-tech", blending the ruggedness of past ICE SUVs with the cleaner styling of the brand's latest EVs. 

Unsurprisingly, its overall design language has been guided by Kia's 'Opposites United' philosophy, while its front fascia will bear the brand's now-signature Star Map daytime running lights, complemented by strong, perpendicular lamps at the rear. The Seltos will also get flushed door handles to accentuate its overall aerodynamic look. 

Ahead of its official reveal, Kia has confirmed that the new Seltos will introduce a broader range of exterior colour options, and also be available in various trims, including X-Line and GT-Line.
