Toyota Gazoo Racing to become Haas F1 Team's title sponsors

In a move that shows the strength of the relationship between both brands, Haas F1 Team, in collaboration with Toyota Gazoo Racing (TGR), will officially be titled TGR Haas F1 Team for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship.

Having entered a multi-year technical partnership together in October 2024, one key element of the existing partnership between the two companies was visibly demonstrated in the execution of the team's first fully-fledged TPC program (Testing of Previous Car) throughout the 2025 season - a program that, from 2026, will officially be known as the "TGR Haas Driver Development Program".

The 2025 TPC running extended across 14 days utilising the Haas VF-23 on notable circuits such as Silverstone, Paul Ricard, Fuji Speedway, Imola, and Mugello

On the partnership, Akio Toyoda, Chairman of Toyota Motor Corporation, stated that this partnership will accelerate TGR's "People, Product, Pipeline" mantra in a way never seen before. And in reference to the TGR Haas Driver Development Program, Toyoda said that the time has now come for the next generation to take their first steps toward the world stage.

The TGR Haas F1 Team will officially unveil its Haas VF-26 livery look online on 23 January 2026 before heading to Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Spain for a private Formula One testing from 26 to 30 January 2026, where each team will be permitted three days of track time. This will then be followed by further official tests in February 2026 at the Bahrain International Circuit.
