Toyota Gazoo Racing (TGR) and MoneyGram Haas F1 Team have agreed to a technical partnership concerning the latter's vehicle development and collaborative efforts.
Through this collaboration, both sides aim to contribute to the growth of the automotive industry by creating an environment where young Japanese drivers, engineers, and mechanics can gain experience and grow in the forefront of motorsports: The FIA Formula One World Championship (F1).
TGR continues to compete in motorsports to hone the three essential elements of car manufacturing - people, pipeline (using available data strategically), and product.
Through the technical partnership and the growing need to develop drivers, engineers, and mechanics, TGR intends to do just that, as well as learn about MoneyGram Haas F1 Team's pipeline to accelerate the creation of better vehicles.
More specifically, this collaboration includes TGR training drivers, engineers, and mechanics' participation in MoneyGram Haas F1 Team test drives, among others. This enables the drivers to gain Formula One driving experience, and the engineers and mechanics to learn how to analyse vast amounts of data.
Sharing a desire to contribute to motorsports and the automotive industry through human resource development, TGR and MoneyGram Haas F1 Team intend to continue their joint initiatives to strengthen their racing teams.
