Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) is giving two new concept cars their global premiere at the 46th Tokyo Motor Show 2019. The Mitsubishi MI-TECH Concept and the Mitsubishi Super Height K-Wagon Concept will make their debuts and will be exhibited during the show at the Tokyo Big Sight.

The MI-TECH name is constructed using the 'M' from Mitsubishi and the 'I' from Intelligent, Ingenious and Inspired, while the TECH is an abbreviation of Technology.
The MI-TECH's advanced electric drivetrain is an optimised, light and compact unit for the small SUV. It also carries a gas turbine engine generator, allowing the driver to use both pure electric and series hybrid driving modes, delivering the smooth and powerful performance characteristics inherent to electrified vehicles.
The second concept to make its premiere, the Super Height K-Wagon Concept answers the wishes of drivers that cherish the freedom to move and travel. The Super Height K-Wagon Concept features a roomy interior space while delivering the performance and functionality that is expected of an SUV, while still bearing Mitsubishi's design traits.
This concept car promises to deliver nimble handling and brisk performance while maximising interior space.
It also offers the reassurance and safety of the MI-PILOT driver assistance technology, with Forward Collision Mitigation, mis-acceleration mitigation and other advanced active safety systems.
