Volkswagen's new all-electric Volkswagen ID. Buzz is now available as a one-stop EV package with Ohme's Home Pro smart charger included for customers in the U.K.
Ohme's Home Pro smart charger can connect with the national grid in real time and automatically adjust its charging for drivers to take advantage of all the times of low price charging with smart off-peak tariffs.
The ID. Buzz comes with a 77kWh battery which features more than 402km of range With the ID. Buzz featuring a 77kWh battery and a range of more than 402km, it means that charging from zero to 100% with an Ohme Home Pro combined with a smart off-peak tariff from Octopus could cost just $12.45 compared to over $42 on the Standard Variable Tariff.
Ohme also offers drivers the option to charge their vehicle when renewable energy generation on the National Grid is at its highest, further lowering their carbon dioxide impact.
