Volkswagen T-Cross now reclassified as VES Band A2

Volkswagen's smallest crossover, the T-Cross, is now cleaner and less expensive.
The model, which arrived here in late-2020, was initially in Band B, the VES-neutral classification. It did not qualify for any rebates or surcharges.
