Volvo is the official automobile partner for SAVOUR 2014

Volvo will provide a fleet of cars, comprising Volvo S80 and S60 D2s, for the transportation of VIPs and Michelin-star chefs during the course of the SAVOUR 2014 event, from the 5th until the 9th of March. Furthermore, the Volvo XC90 and XC60 will be displayed at The Promontory@Marina Bay as Snack Cars with vendors selling food and beverages out of their boots.
The fleet of cars will also be utilised to carry out the Volvo Lunchtime Drop-off service between 11:30am to 2:30pm, from the 6th of March until the end of the event. Guests can enjoy complimentary chauffeur services from two designated points, OUB Centre and Swissotel the Stamford, to the venue.
Also, for the first time ever, on 22nd February 2014, the Volvo Showroom played host to the SAVOUR THE FINEST @ Volvo event, where resident chef at SAVOUR, Emmanuel Stroobant of Saint Pierre, served up his award-winning cuisine from the official SAVOUR Mobile Kitchen. He was joined by Barilla's very own head chef who brought a taste of Italy by whipping up authentic Italian pasta for all.
In addition, Volvo ran a special promotion on the same day, whereby VIP cars were open for bookings with discounts of up to $25,000.
