World's first Mercedes-Benz branded city unveiled in Dubai

Mercedes-Benz and Dubai-based developer Binghatti have announced a second joint real estate collaboration: Mercedes-Benz Places - Binghatti City. The project represents Binghatti's first master plan community and expands Mercedes-Benz Places into an entire district of over 836,000 square metres.

The "city within a city" concept will bring together luxury living spaces in an integrated urban ecosystem focused on design, mobility, and community. The aim is to meet daily needs within walking distance and create a cohesive living environment that seamlessly integrates architecture, services, and mobility.

This project originally kicked off in Miami, Mercedes-Benz's first U.S.A real estate project. Currently in its third phase, this project has now expanded to include an interconnected urban district in Dubai, once again transferring the Mercedes-Benz design philosophy of Sensual Purity from the automobile to architecture.
