Maserati has revealed the first cars from its Fuoriserie Essentials (Italian for custom-built), described be the marque as a refined collection of cars curated by select tastemakers and friends of the Trident.
Designed by Football Star and Maserati global Brand Ambassador David Beckham, who is said to have taken inspiration from his Savile Row sartorial wardrobe as well as his fascination for classic Maseratis, the Fuoriserie DB Essentials collection comes in two configurations that re-interpret some of the Trident's most timeless icons.
The second configuration of the Fuoriserie Essentials line comes with a Verde Royale exterior, inspired by the Maserati Quattroporte Royale The first takes after the 1967 Maserati Ghibli coupe, and sports a Night Interaction blue exterior, matched with a tan shade for the leather interior. For the second configuration, the inspiration was the 1986 Maserati Quattroporte Royale, and thus comes as a Verde Royale dark green exterior, matched with warm brown leather upholstery inside.
Both these configurations will come with an exclusive metal plate celebrating the collaboration between Maserati and David Beckham applied to the central tunnel between the front seats or between the two headrests. Both Fuoriserie DB Essentials configurations are now available upon request on the MC20 and the Grecale.
