SEAT TOLEDO
The first thing that hits you about the Seat Toledo is how spacious the car is - there's ample space for tall occupants, and the massive 550-litre boot is unmatched in its class. Even though its asking price is relatively low, the Toledo sports all the infotainment features you'd come to expect from a new car nowadays, such as Apple CarPlay, Android Auto as well as USB connectivity.

Powering the car is a 1.4-litre turbocharged lump paired to a dual-clutch transmission, making it brisk on the move. The Seat Toledo also stands out for being one of the most affordable European sedans available in the Cat A COE category.

There are not many instances where you can have your cake and eat it. But Seat has somehow managed to achieve it with its entrant in this year's Sedan category. In a segment where value for money is a key consideration, the Toledo stands out for being the only European model contending within this category.

As part of the Volkswagen stable of brands, Seat is marketed as the more exuberant and stylish arm - you can see from the Toledo's angular lines and sharpened styling that is bolder than the equivalent Skoda or Volkswagen sedans.

Moving inside, the Toledo will win fans with its impressive cabin space. Despite having the front seats pushed further back than usual, rear legroom still manages to accommodate tall adults. The boot also delivers an impressive 550 litres of space, more than some of its competitors such as the Hyundai Avante.

Like most other cars in its class, it also packs all the infotainment features you'd come to expect for a new car, such as Apple CarPlay, Android Auto as well as USB connectivity.

Priced very competitively (under $80k at press time) and probably the most affordable European model in the market, it is hard to ignore the Seat Toledo as the best all round sedan.
