But I�m writing this unsolicited review to highlight the superb service of Alvin Ng, who was allocated to me randomly by Kia. I would say he�s the best car salesperson I�ve interacted with. Didn�t once sense that he was pushy or just trying to close the deal quickly. He answered all our queries patiently and didn�t rush the test drive. When I decided not to get the car at first, he was cool and didn�t try to push. At car delivery, he took his time to share about the features of the car.I would also say he is very experienced and knowledgeable. He has a strong understanding of the car market and the COE market forces. Based on how he saw the market, he could advise us accordingly. I trusted his advice enough to act on it quickly. My first car that I've owned. I purchased the Comfort EX as it was on sale. Collected more than a year ago. Extremely spacious for its size and cc. The drive is also very smooth. The back seat can easily fit 4 average sized Singaporeans. The boot can easily fit 2 large luggages and then some. It is extremely fuel efficient in Singapore where I rarely drive above 100km/h. However, fuel efficiency drops once I travel at speeds beyond that (mostly in Malaysia). This car is definitely a huge value add to my family and so far, hasn't been anything close to a liability. Extremely pleased with our choice.
