Damaged Alternator - My car developed a fault on Friday evening and after contacting Brocade Auto, I had an appointment the next morning which is a Saturday.
The fault was traced to a faulty alternator and was replaced on the same day, I collected my car in the evening. The supervisor was kind to wait for me.
I must give credit to Brocade Auto's technician who diagnosed the problem and proceed with the urgent repair for me despite it is a Saturday.
Very experienced team and happy to have my alternator fixed by them.

Great experience upgrading my car audio system. Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable in introducing the Esatto speakers, explaining the options clearly and recommending what suited my setup.
A big thanks also to Ted, the boss, who was very patient in explaining the audio setup and how everything works. You can really tell the whole team is experienced and knows car audio very well.
What impressed me most was their teamwork and efficiency — they worked almost like an F1 pit crew! 🚗💨 The entire sound system upgrade was completed in around one hour, yet there was absolutely no compromise on the quality and workmanship.
After the upgrade, the improvement in sound quality was immediately noticeable. Very professional, skilful and efficient team.

NOT exorbitant, but affordable. - From start to finish, I received truly first-class service from Calvin at MSP. He was kind, courteous, and helpful throughout, with prompt and regular updates on progress. The repair work was excellent, all parts were changed and came with warranty, and the pricing was fair — not exorbitant, but affordable.
The whole process was completely painless from start to finish. Calvin communicated well, always answering my calls promptly and helpfully. The car came back clean, and the standard of repair was excellent.
I'm never going back to the so called Agent ever again ..., let me wait for 3-4 months…..Agonizing n yet wait again for parts!!!
I can, without hesitation, highly recommend this place!

Ah Xiang and his team are dedicated Dynaudio and Rebec exclusive distributors who really know their stuff—very knowledgeable with zero hard-selling. Crucially for EV owners, the install was clean and plug-and-play, preserving original factory wiring. The upgrade completely unlocked the factory Dynaudio setup, delivering crisp vocals, clear instrument separation, and tight bass. Now I finally understand why Dynaudio is so well-regarded, thanks to Auto Edition dedication. Unlike shops pushing hyped 'designer' DSPs with vague origins, Auto Edition is upfront, reasonably priced, and delivers great workmanship. Highly recommend them to any EV owner looking for a genuine audio upgrade and authentic Dynaudio sound!
