Professionalism / Ethics. That's what they believe in. Been with them for more than 5 years. ALL Technician are experience / very knowledgeable / competent.

As for frontline staffs, look for Mandy. Resourceful, always give good advice and prompt service. At times, she would even do the extra mile - arranging for a car rental (with a very good price !!) on behalf due to long waiting period (spare parts) for my car repair.
For some other episodes, she will literally show me and explain what exactly happened to the affected faulty parts or so called the roots of the breakdown.
In another episode, after a rectification at the workshop, she immediately arranged with the staffs and send my car for the subsequent yearly inspection after I failed my first initial inspection (2nd owner of car).

Servicing and repair cost are fair and honest. No gimmicks.

To me, these are exemplary service. Commendable. Thank you guys.

Both my wife and I have been very happy customers of ME for years, mainly because of their staff's professionalism and the quality work they do. Both of our cars (Jag XF and RR Evoque) are serviced by ME. Last Sunday, I was unable to start my Jag as I had been away for 2 weeks followed by another 2 weeks of home quarantine upon return to Singapore. I texted Yeo on Sunday night asking for advice. The next morning, without me asking, he sent a staff member from his shop to my home, to help me look into the problem. Once the staff member found out that my car actually needed to replace the old battery, he went back to ME and then returned with a new battery. Immediately, he replaced my car battery right in front of my house for free, reminding me that my old battery was still under the warranty period. When I tried to offer him a cash tip, he declined with a friendly smile saying "it is my job to help a customer and I am most satisfied when you are happy with my work". Yeo and his staff are true role models of professionalism. They take pride in providing quality work and caring for customers and their cars 110%. Thank you Motor Edgevantage! I started using the services of Motor Edgevantage about 2 years ago to maintain my Volvo XC90. From the start, I really appreciated working with Eric Hoh because he was very fluent in English and I found that I began to trust his opinion and his views. In my own experience, it is hard to find a trustworthy car Mechanic who is not out to fleece you. My impression of Eric is that he is a very trustworthy person and because of this, I have recommended him to many of my colleagues and friends. He has a pick-up and drop off service which I found very helpful because of my busy schedule. He also explains things very clearly and never pressurises me to spend money unless I am very sure that I want to make the repairs. My final experience with Eric was when I asked him advice whether I should sell my XC90 after 6 years to purchase a new car or whether I should keep my car to the end of the COE. Eric picked up my car and did a full analysis giving me detailed updates on the current state of my car and all the repairs I will need to make in the next 4 years. At the end, his final advice was to sell off the car and buy a new one as the repairs would cost too much. He then dropped off my car and his team even washed it before returning. When I offered to pay for the cost of the analysis and at least for his GRAB fare, Eric refused. He also told me that when he gives advice, he puts himself in the shoes of the owner and tries to give advice as if the car was his. I would therefore like to recommend anyone to sign up with Motor Edgevantage and to work with Eric Hoh as I believe he is a trustworthy and honest person....something as I mentioned that is hard to find in the industry. He has a good team of staff and can be counted on to keep your cars in optimal shape. Thank you Motor Edgevantage and I will continue to recommend you to others...cheers - irwin seet

Very polite and friendly people over there! I'm a new Jaguar driver so I don't have a lot of experience in it (it's my first car after my license as well). Mr Yeo (Lloyd) is very patient and polite in explaining the details and problems with my car! He even gave some little advices (along with Mr Eric on engine oil brands) on the parts that were having problem. The servicing is checked intensively in my opinion as compared the previous workshops I went to. The aircon lounge is big and spacious enough with amenities like water and light bites (below their awards). Will be my regular workshop in the future. - Zhong Heng

Brought the RR Sport in for a rear brake pad/plate replacement. $250 off the dealer cost estimate: Need I say more? Contact, appointment and follow up was excellent! Floor staff and office staff was excellent and friendly (Eric, Joel and Mandy). Fast turn around.

Brought my Land Rover Discovery Sport here for repair after a broken tail light and scratched body + bumper. They're a Land Rover (amongst other continental brands) specialist and I highly recommend their services. Yeo took care of my car and he was really honest, personable and most importantly, genuine. Yeo took a look at my car and informed me what was to be done and quoted me a price, along with a breakdown of it, by the end of the day itself. Prices were definitely fair and reasonable unlike other repair shops with exorbitant and ridiculously high prices. The repair itself was done in 3 days and they handed me back the car as good as new! Thanks so much to Yeo and his team at Motor Edgevantage for the repair, will definitely look for them in the future after my covered servicing period is over. - Jieqi Tay

Needed to repair my v40 and other workshops needed two to three weeks which was too long. I found this workshop via their professionally looking website. The workshop looks neat and clean. Their office also has a trendy industrial look. It was able to repair my car within a day and on top of that it was returned polished and clean. Price was also much lower than other quotes.
