Prices are very transparent - There is a reason why Pro-Jex wins so many awards. I went in for some engine noise inspection as well as the 6 in 1 servicing. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed by one of the workers. I explained to him my concerns and he explained to me what he will be doing to solve those problems. After some time, I met the boss Vincent which is a really nice guy. He explained to me about the concerns I had for my car and advice me on what to look out for. They even found out that my brake pads were worn out during the servicing. The prices are very transparent and the servicing actually took shorter than expected. Vincent also takes you on a drive in your own car to explain what has been done and advices you on what to look out for. TRULY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - This review is long overdue, but MSP Far East absolutely deserves it.
After five years of loyal patronage, Porsxxxxy left me feeling completely betrayed!! My Porsche was sluggish with intermittently unresponsive gears, and on the recommendation of friends, I brought it to MSP. They suggested a gearbox oil change — which I nearly declined, having paid Porsxxxxy for exactly that just a month prior. I went ahead anyway.
What came out of that gearbox said it all. Jet black, thick, lumpy oil that had clearly never been touched — despite me paying for it year after year!!
I had referred countless Porsche-owning friends to Porsxxxxy. That trust was completely misplaced now! MSP Far East uncovered the truth and reminded me what an honest, integrity-driven workshop truly looks like. Every Porsche owner deserves an honest and high integrity work — MSP delivers it.

FAVOURITE WORKSHOP - Every time a fault code pops up on my 911's dashboard, it's nerve-wracking. And honestly, as a female driver, most workshops I've visited make me feel like easy prey — like they assume I don't know anything.
I found MSP when my Check Engine light came on, and the experience was completely different. Calvin was not only knowledgeable, but he explained everything in layman's terms so I actually understood what was going on. That alone put me at ease immediately.
What really won my confidence was the transparency. Every part that was replaced, they documented with photos and videos — and when I collected my car, all the old parts were packed in a box for me to see. The Fork Selector, Distance Sensor, Oil Cooler — everything accounted for. That's when it hit me: other workshops never showed me anything at all!! I had been shortchanged for years without knowing !! OMG
I'll definitely be back. This is now my trustworthy, honest workshop.
