Professionalism at its peak. Very comfortable experience and highly recommended. They would advise me not to waste money on parts that is not necessary to change. Decided to send in my CLA (C118) to Auto Spritez for a front grille replacement job as the workshop is listed as one of the reputable Mercedes repair specialists (with over 18 years experience). Contacted Mr. Denis who was very prompt in responding to my query. The mechanic who worked on the car was knowledgeable and upfront about my bumper alignment concerns. Post installation, the mechanic tested the sensors and made sure I was satisfied with the end effect. There were many other European cars (VW, BMW, MB) being worked and the workshop had a continuous flow of customers. Our C200 had some worrying noises coming from the wheel which C&C failed to diagnose on first visit. Was asked to do some servicing and make further observation. However, the noises persist and brought it back to C&C which they failed to pin point exact issues but recommend for some repairs to see if it works.
Decided to seek second opinion and chance upon Auto Spritze and Dennis. Issue was narrowed down to wheel bearings and confirmed upon further checks. Gotten it changed within 2 hours and at half the price C&C would have quoted with 2 nights turnaround time for repair.
Such first experience have swayed me to try Auto Spritze for my next intense car servicing. Great efficiency and service Dennis and team.

Auto Sprintze may not be the cheapest out there, but the honesty and the way Dennis handle the customers is what you need from Workshops. Bought second hand C180 and been asking workshops whether the ATF fluid had been changed before, but workshops just quote me and asked me change. Dennis asked his technician infront of me about the ATF and found evidence that had been changed before. Saved a good 400dollars from honesty! Priceless. - Jack Siew, Owner of SKL90--X

I have been with Dennis for a decade. He is the only car doctor for my whole family's cars. Although Dennis has been trying to pass down his job to his guys, he still loves getting in touch with us this old regular customer. I too trust his guy.
