Unprofessional and Unresponsive Service
I had a very disappointing experience. Recently the rear dash camera stopped functioning. I called their hotline to ask if they could help repair it. They mention that the dash cam couldn't be repaired and that I would need to purchase a new one. It was fine with that and requested a quote.
