Super Bad Experience!
Found T&B on TikTok and sent my car for OBU installation on 19Jul25. Dishonest and bad service
Real bad service as others have described on google reviews, they do not care about your precious time. Quoted 1hr downtime to change just a fan belt, went down, and they took a long time just to get the old one out. Went to T&B to replace my car's Front Wheel Bearings on 15/10/2024, 2 of their mechanics who replaced the bearings are good in their job, after replacing it, went for a test drive and there are no abnormal sounds. Send my car in for an accident repair. Tianhe attended to me and explained in detail the repair and claim process. He had ensured everything was in order before starting the repair as he mentioned that this was to prevent any dispute with the claiming process. Overall the delay is due to the other party's insurance.
