Found T&B on TikTok and sent my car for OBU installation on 19Jul25.
Upon completion, numerous wiring issues surfaced and I drove back & Forth 3 times to the workshop!
1st time: Auto tailgate not working - reason connector loose.
2nd time: Doors cannot lock - reason - fuse inserted wrongly
3rd time: Auto side mirror not working, cannot auto fold! - The workshop was unable to to resolve!
With all these, though the technician did apologized, the boss not only did not utter a word of apology, he instead defensively put the blame on the after market auto folding module, where in fact it's original component from Honda.
Already wasted one whole day there and totally lose confident on the workshop, I chose not to leave the car there further, risking more problems.
Instead, I resorted to another workshop and spent $80 to get the auto mirror folding function working again. The malfunction is indeed due to wiring issues!
This is a SUPER bad experience and will definitely stay away from this place!

Real bad service as others have described on google reviews, they do not care about your precious time. Quoted 1hr downtime to change just a fan belt, went down, and they took a long time just to get the old one out. The 1 hr became 6 hrs after waiting and waiting and the boss keeps saying the supplier is on the way which was obviously lies. Imagine wasting 6 hours which could have been an easy one hour job.

Went to T&B to replace my car's Front Wheel Bearings on 15/10/2024, 2 of their mechanics who replaced the bearings are good in their job, after replacing it, went for a test drive and there are no abnormal sounds.

Overall, they did a good job. The parts are OEM parts, and it works like it should, and price is definitely better than Original Genuine parts. Boss is friendly, accomodating and patient too.

Send my car in for an accident repair. Tianhe attended to me and explained in detail the repair and claim process. He had ensured everything was in order before starting the repair as he mentioned that this was to prevent any dispute with the claiming process. Overall the delay is due to the other party's insurance.

After reading all the good reviews abt T&B w/shop in carosel, I decided to messaged the person skyriver (T&B boss) who posted on carosel abt their repair works on absorbers. I messaged Mr skyriver the boss on 10/03/23 to fix an appt and double cfm my appt for 11/3/23 at 9am. On 11/03/23 upon reaching T&B w/shop 2 mechanic approached me so I explain to them the boss suppose to test drive my car for absorber issues. At 9.14am no sign of the boss so I messaged him that I'm waiting at his w/shop. The boss messaged me asking me to leave my car at the w/shop n he will look into my car later. I replied him - I'll wait, I need u to test drive n cfm the defect n how many hrs to complete the job bcos later I need to go work. The boss replied O.K. I waited at the w/shop until 9.50am and no sign of the boss. I drove all the way from woodlands just to get my car repaired but all I got was disappointed waiting and wasted my time for some w/shop who dosent respect customers time and appt.

Their prices are good and service is quick. Friendly boss who is easy to talk to. Went there to replace my front wheel bearings and skim front brakes rotors. The drive is quiet and braking is smooth after the job. The mechanic may try to push you to do other services but it's ok to reject them. The workshop is a corner unit and is spacious.
