Damaged Paintwork
Sent in my car to the Alexandra branch for the 360 Shield and battery replacement. Inspected my car thoroughly before sending in, and documented all paint chips via photographs to send SA for assistance in touching-up. Brand New Car in, Left with a Damaged Car.
The title says it all. The staff at the MacPherson outlet doesn't take care of your brand new car. Avoid this outlet, especially if your car is brand new, just few days old off the showroom. The staff do not have the expertise to properly diagnose the actual issue, and may cause even more problems to you and your car.
