Urban Motors need to sort out some of their cars properly
First of all the Urban Motors provided me a car where the compressor was on the verge of malfunctioning. I paid for the car's rental for the entire weekend and with malaysia coverage as i had to go to KL. And their initial response to me was the car would be perfectly fine no matter how far you drive. disappointment
Rented an estima. Drove to malaysia. Halfway tyre burst. Later found out its due to worn out tyres. if its nails or objects impaled into tyres i wont blame them but they rented me tyres which are so worn out until threads can be seen. Bought new tyres and showed them the photos of the worn out tyres and receipt of the new tyres but boss said cannot claim. Oh my god very disappointed.
